adequate stay with some shortcomings
small room inadequate air conditioning
the room was quite small i expected more space for the price i paid the air conditioning struggled to cool the entire room it only seemed effective in half of it the pool area was a disappointment with very few sun loungers available securing a spot required waking up early

excellent location helpful staff comfortable bed
i found the location excellent for accessing the town center and the port area. all hotel staff were helpful and polite. the room included a very comfortable bed, a plus.
after my stay, i realized money was missing from my purse. this was disappointing. i believe better security measures are needed to prevent this situation.

Staff demonstrated genuine care and attention, promptly addressing inquiries at the front desk and providing seamless assistance with luggage storage. It was a smooth and reliable process! also, the concierge offered accurate directions.

My room featured a king-sized bed dressed with high thread count linens, alongside a seating area with a plush sofa and a work desk. The climate control system maintained a consistent temperature throughout the stay. I loved it!

The rooftop pool had ten loungers and offered panoramic views of the city. The hotel gym included three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights. Early morning workouts were great!

nice view rooftop area delicious cocktails no help security cameras
I found the breakfast very nice and it offered a bit of everything. the view from the restaurant is very nice. i also appreciated the rooftop area. It was lovely for post-shopping relaxation. the bar area was great. as well and the cocktails were delicious.
unfortunately, i noticed someone stole all the money from my purse after leaving the hotel. i always carry my purse carefully, so the money could only have been stolen from my bedroom. i went to the police. they could not help because my flight was about to leave. i also called the hotel staff twice, but they could not help me make a complaint nor check security cameras, apparently due to the law.
